The Chemistry Lab

I realize that I am an impatient person, but that doesn't change how I feel. Here I am sitting in the Chemistry lab, laboriously waiting for pages to load...for the words I'm typing to show up, for my stomach to stop growling and suddenly I'm thinking of mom. This one's for you. [=

This morning I woke up at ten after six (ten minutes late) and I quickly dressed myself getting ready to meet up with Eric to walk to work (sorry mom, I didn't make my bed, so no picture yet!) when he calls saying he's two minutes away. So I sadly brush my teeth without eating breakfast... luckily I grabbed a nutragrain (sp?) bar. That lasted me oh....thirty seconds. So upon reaching work and turning all of the computers on etc, I realized again how thankful I am for vending machines. I was able to get another peanut butter nature bar and milk. (all this talk of food is making me hungry...)

Then onto work, which went very well, I am very thankful for my job, it's great! After that music followed. After Music I went home and found that I was locked out. I wish I wasen't such a stickler for locking the door.... SO, I called Laura and asked where Marci (my RA) lives. Her directions seemed simple enough, so I went and knocked on the door I assumed was hers. Nope, I was wrong. The girl in my ward who answered was like, "Did someone say she was here? She should be upstairs" and here I am "No, no one said she was home I just came to look for her, I'll go check upstairs" So I tromp up the stairs going to what I THINK is the office when I notice that Marci's room is right there. Main floor. With her name on the door. That took a toll on my pride (hah). So I knocked.... and no one answered. I was beginning to think of my window....when I realized that I have back door neighbors! (Their apartment's back door meets up with mine to the outside door) Then my heart sunk again...I knew I had locked that door the other night. So with a heavy heart I knocked on my neighbors door. This really cute red head answered (I played games with her last night, she's cool...I just don't remember her name). After explaining that I was locked out she had no problem with letting me through her dorm to see if I could get in my back door. SUCCESS! I made it in. Not fifteen minutes later two of my roommates showed up...ohwell.

Well, I guess I could write more, but PDBIO begins in twenty minutes and if I don't feed the angry beast no one will be able to hear the lecture.

love you mom [=
